Structural design specialist
Because of the rejuvenation of our company, we are looking for a structural design engineer who already has extensive experience in drafting and engineering structural steel (detailed) calculations and drawings. You will independently design more or less complex installations and systems, taking into account the agreed quality, price and delivery time. You like to learn from your colleagues, but you are also not afraid to share your knowledge and skills. You will also prepare your own project estimates and parts of quotes for clients. You continuously coordinate your activities with the project manager or with the customers for whom you work. These customers are often leading companies in industry or power grid management.

As a structural design specialist you work together with the customer on a practical and technically sound construction. You are able to think a little further and see no problems but solutions. - Experience with applicable regulations, standards and guidelines for calculating structures, such as EN 14015, EEMUA 159, EN 50341, API codes, PGS guidelines and the Eurocodes.

Due to the growth of our clientele, we are looking for a tank engineer with extensive knowledge of the various standards and guidelines and an interest in both engineering and consultancy. You will independently design or assess more or less complex refueling installations and systems, continuously testing against the standards and guidelines such as EN 14015 and EEMUA 159. Of course you take into account the agreed quality, price and delivery time. You like to learn from your colleagues, but you are also not afraid to share your knowledge and skills. - Experience with various drawing programs (AutoCad, Inventor) and good excel skills.

Due to the expansion of our project organisation, we are looking for a good technician (see other job opportunities for specifications) who, in addition to the technology, also wants to become proficient in project management. Based on your extensive technical knowledge, you will take on calculation and drawing technical and general engineering work yourself, and you also divide the work among your colleagues. You also have frequent contact with your clients and you are contact for both customers and colleagues. If necessary, you also have contact with subcontractors. You further use your technical knowledge to prepare quotations, calculations and (technical) specifications. You will independently design or engineer more or less complex tank installations and systems, continuously checking against standards and guidelines such as EN 14015 and EEMUA 159. Naturally, you take into account the agreed quality, price and delivery time. You like to learn from your colleagues, but you also don't shy away from sharing your knowledge and skills. You constantly coordinate your work with the project leader or with the customer(s) for whom you work. Those customers are often leading companies in the industry.

Tasks draftsman/constructor
- Drawing up (independently and according to instruction) technical drawings, both overview drawings and detail drawings, of complex installations and systems;

- Preparation of request and order specifications for manufacture/assembly;
- Support and perform test and acceptance work;
- Coordination of planning and logistics with project leaders, clients and subcontractors;
- Supporting fellow engineers and project leaders on the basis of specialist knowledge and skills and project calculations;
- Extensive knowledge of technical standards.

Office Manager
Do you have a passion for technology and would you like to be the central point of cantact? We are looking for an office manager who meets the above! You act as the point of contact for the company, both for your colleagues and for the customers, and as a co-manager you are the sparring partner of the CEO. You are good at administration (including financial admin!) and foresee in all sorts of areas what needs to be done to support your colleagues as well as possible. As a backoffice employee, you also call our customers to check outstanding quotations and ensure that the office building remains in good condition. In short: a position in which you can fully develop in all kinds of areas and you are the first point of contact of the company.

You are responsible for the ins and outs of the company in the broadest sense, both as an office manager, as a financial employee, as a backoffice employee, as a secretary, as a telephone operator, and of course as a sparring partner for the CEO. Tasks office management
- Maintaining and organising contacts with relevant authorities and acting as the first point of contact;
- Consulting/sparring with and active support of management on relevant matters, as well as anticipating matters that can be dealt with in advance;
- Provide facility support;
- Maintain website and social media;
- Organising and administering courses, purchasing and sales.
Tasks financial administration
- Financial administration: quotations, invoices, bank and cash bookings, payments, etc.;
- Control project budgets;
- Consultation with and supply data for accountant.
Tasks administration
- Organising and handling telephone and email and incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Managing the agenda;
- Handling requests for quotations and doing as much preliminary work as possible for the project managers;
- Organising and managing the archive;
- Other administrative tasks: receiving guests, arranging travel and accommodation activities, organising company activities, courses and meetings, supporting colleagues.
Tasks backoffice
- Maintaining contact with both existing and new/potential customers;
- Presenting the products and services;
- Calling customers to check the status of quotes and POs;
- Bringing customers and/or prospects into contact with management and/or engineers;
- Elaborate tender requests for CEO;
- Support engineers with making quotations.
